PSV Eindhoven coach Phillip Cocu has confirmed that he is interested in signing Park Ji-Sung from Queens Park Rangers.
Park joined QPR from Manchester United on a two-year deal at the start of last season, but was unable to prevent them from being relegated from the Premier League.
The South Korean, who played for PSV before moving to England, has reportedly been told that he can leave Loftus Road, and Cocu believes that Park's experience would be a valuable asset to have.
"Park is a player with a lot of experience after all those years at Manchester United," Cocu told Algemeen Dagblad. "Added to that, he has already played here and knows the club.
"The guys who now play for us up front are very talented, but they can also gain from someone who has already played at the top level for a long time."
Park spent two years at PSV between 2003 and 2005, making 92 appearances and scoring 17 goals for the Dutch side.
