Swansea City leave Loftus Road with a 5-0 win after some fine counter-attacking football.

A fine display of counter-attacking football from Swansea City saw them leave Loftus Road with a 5-0 win over Queens Park Rangers this afternoon.

Michu was the star of the first half with a debut goal on eight minutes, although Robert Green was largely at fault.

Despite Junior Hoilett looking dangerous, Michel Vorm was in good form and the teams went in with Swansea's one-goal advantage.

QPR started the second half brighter and had a penalty shout turned down but it was 2-0 to Swansea on 53 minutes. It was Michu with his second debut goal through a classic Swansea counter-attack finished by the Spaniard.

It was 3-0 10 minutes later, Nathan Dyer finishing another counter-attack from a mis-hit Fabio Da Silva pass.

Dyer piled further misery onto Mark Hughes after 71 minutes, the West London side's defence unable to cope with Swansea's pace and Dyer nipped in to meet Kemy Agustien's pass to finish from close range.

Scott Sinclair added a fifth for Swansea after 81 minutes to confirm their biggest victory margin in the Premier League.
