Harry Redknapp insists that Queens Park Rangers have not given up on securing their Premier League status this season.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has insisted that his side can avoid relegation from the Premier League this season.

QPR are currently second from bottom with 24 points from 33 matches, 10 points adrift of safety.

"We need four wins and a draw from the final five games to have a chance," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.

"It's a tall order but we will keep going. We're still not down. There's no way we're giving up on this season yet. We'll keep trying and keep believing."

QPR will host Stoke City at Loftus Road on Saturday.
