Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp describes the goals his side conceded in their 3-2 defeat to Fulham this evening as the worst he has ever seen.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has described the goals against his side during their 3-2 loss to Fulham this evening as the worst he has ever seen.

Fulham raced into a 3-0 lead courtesy of a penalty, a goal which stemmed from a Christopher Samba mistake and an own goal. QPR fought back in the second half, but they missed a penalty of their own and failed to make the most of a one-man advantage when Steve Sidwell was sent off 10 minutes from time.

Redknapp believes that his side were by far the better team in the second period and admits that he thought they would go on to win when they brought it back to 3-2.

"We gave away the worst goals I have ever seen in my life. Scandalous goals. Penalty, losing the ball and own goal. It was an absolute disaster," said the veteran manager.

"We got a goal back and came back in the second half and absolutely murdered them. When it went to 3-2 I could only see one winner, I wouldn't have even taken a draw at that point. I was disappointed with the last 10 minutes.

"Christopher Samba put himself up front and then we started launching balls up and that is not how we play. We are not giving up. We have to beat Wigan [Athletic] on Sunday, that is where we are at now. We need another 14 points from the remaining games and we have to try to do that. We have to win four and draw two but it is getting harder."

The defeat leaves QPR 19th in the Premier League table, seven points from safety with just seven games left.
