Queens Park Rangers boss Neil Warnock has refuted claims that midfielder Adel Taarabt is seeking a move away from Loftus Road.
The 22-year-old was believed to have announced during international duty with Morocco that he wanted to leave the Premier League side because of wage issues.
"He's not said anything to me," he said in a press conference. "I do take it with a pinch of salt when you go abroad.
"It's only six weeks with Adel, I think, that he said he was never going to play for his country again and he scores a goal and kisses the coach - that's Adel. You have to take everything with a pinch of salt."
Despite stating that the midfielder is staying put, the former Crystal Palace boss is willing to sell if he wants to move in January.
"My message is the same with every player at the club, not just with Adel," he added. "If a player wants to leave, he can leave. I've never had a problem with that."
Meanwhile, Rangers will attempt to overcome their 6-0 defeat to Fulham in their next Premier League fixture against Blackburn Rovers this weekend.
