Queens Park Rangers midfielder Adel Taarabt has insisted that manager Harry Redknapp is a perfect "motivator" for the team.
The Morocco international has been highly praised by the former Tottenham Hotspur boss and the 23-year-old repaid his manager's faith by scoring a brace in a 2-1 win over Fulham at the weekend.
"[Redknapp] is a peerless motivator," the London Evening Standard quotes Taarabt as saying. "You believe you are the best player in the world when he talks to you.
"Before matches he is very strong. When you go on the pitch you fear nothing. At the end of the match against Fulham, he came to me to say, 'I told you that you were as good as Berbatov'."
The West London side remain in the relegation zone of the Premier League table but have since moved up from bottom place.
