Harry Redknapp compares Adel Taarabt to Paolo Di Canio after Queens Park Rangers' win over Fulham.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has compared Adel Taarabt to Paolo Di Canio after his performance in his side's first victory of the season against Fulham.

The Moroccan scored both goals for the R's at Loftus Road on Saturday to move the Hoops off the bottom of the Premier League.

Redknapp believes that there are a lot of similarities between Taarabt and the Italian.

"He's like Di Canio who I thought was a fantastic player, one of the all-time greats at West Ham," said Redknapp.

"This boy is the same. He can do things that nobody else can do. No-one can do what he can do. He's amazing.

"He nutmegs people and he goes past two or three and they're hanging on to him but they can't get the ball off him."

QPR travel to Newcastle United in their next match on Saturday.
