Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti insists that he is "very happy" in France.

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti has insisted that he does not regret turning down Juventus in the summer.

The 19-year-old, who left Pescara to join the French club in the summer, passed up the opportunity to sign for the Serie A champions in favour of a move to Paris.

"Juventus? I have made the decision to join Paris Saint-Germain and I'm very happy at this club. I have no regrets about my choice and it's already starting to pay off," Verratti told Sky Sport Italia.

"I am not thinking about what could have been had I made a different choice. I'm focused on the here and now. I'm enjoying my stay at Paris and I'm happy to give my all for the club."

Verratti has one Italian cap to his name.
