Real Madrid are understood to have agreed a deal for PSG coach Carlo Ancelotti to replace Jose Mourinho at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Paris Saint-Germain manager Carlo Ancelotti has become the latest name to be linked with taking over at Real Madrid.

The Spanish champions are thought to be actively looking for a replacement for current boss Jose Mourinho, who is expected to leave the club in the summer.

Madrid are now understood to have an agreement in place for Ancelotti to move to the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season, according to The Sun.

The Italian signed a deal with PSG in December 2011 after being sacked by Chelsea seven months earlier.
