Portsmouth sign Enda Stevens

League Two side Portsmouth complete the signing of former Aston Villa left-back Enda Stevens.

Enda Stevens has agreed a move to Portsmouth on a two-year contract.

The 24-year-old left-back has made the switch to Fratton Park following his recent release by Premier League outfit Aston Villa.

"We're delighted to bring Enda to the club. He brings a lot of quality and adds balance," manager Paul Cook told the club's official website.

"He's got all the talent in the world, but he has to knuckle down with us and be the player that I believe he can be."

Stevens made nine senior appearances for Villa following his introduction in 2012.
