The Ukrainian side took the lead in the first half, as Oleg Gusev latched on to a low cross and finish into an empty net, with the delivery somehow avoiding all of Porto's defenders.
However, the home side's lead only lasted three minutes as Aboubakar powerfully headed home a Maicon cross, making the score 1-1 at the break.
The Portuguese side went on to take the lead in the second half as Aboubakar was gifted his second of the night after Oleksandr Rybka's decision to punch away a cross backfired, with the goalkeeper missing the ball completely, leaving the Senegalese striker to tap home.
With just under 10 minutes of normal time remaining, it looked as if Porto would be taking home all three points in their Group G match with their Ukrainian opponents.

However, Kiev kept pushing and pressuring with waves of attack and were rewarded for their efforts, as Buyalskyi headed home past Iker Casillas in controversial fashion, after the initial cross found Denys Garmash in an offside position.
Kiev had the chance to win it three minutes into stoppage time as Artem Kravets beat Maicon down the left-hand side and burst through on goal, only to lack the final product as his shot hit the side-netting.
