Portland Timbers' five-game losing streak came to an end on Sunday as they gained a point from their home game against FC Dallas in the MLS.
Scott Sealy broke the deadlock for visitors Dallas off a cross from Brek Shea in the 51st minute, but Timbers restored parity on 71 minutes through Jack Jewsbury.
Jewsbury's volley was a left-footed blast from the top of the penalty box after the ball came to him following a corner-kick.
Neither side could find the net thereafter, as the match between the bottom two teams in the Western Conference ended in a 1-1 draw.
