League Two roundup

Sports Mole rounds up Saturday's action in League One, on a day that produced red cards, landslide victories and firemen scoring on their professional debuts.

Gillingham kept their place at the top of the League Two table in a goal-packed day of action.

Chesterfield denied the Gills a forth successive win despite not having a manager. Craig Westcarr's goal was enough to get the away team a point, with Danny Kedwell equalising for Gillingham to maintain their unbeaten start.

Exeter United made it three wins from four matches with a comfortable 3-0 success over Burton Albion to go second in the table.

AFC Wimbledon shared a draw and four goals with Dagenham and Redbridge in an entertaining London derby.

A Yorkshire derby between Rotherham United and Bradford City was far more one-sided, with United running out 4-0 winners.

Both promoted clubs enjoyed home victories, with Fleetwood Town hammering Aldershot Town 4-1 despite having a man sent off in the first half.

York City also continued their impressive start to life in League Two with a 3-1 win over previously unbeaten Oxford United.

Morecambe and Accrington Stanley produced eye-catching 3-0 away wins, against Cheltenham and Bristol Rovers respectively.

Plymouth Argyle overcame Northampton Town 3-2 in match that produced the story of the day, with former fireman Rhys Griffiths scoring on his professional debut for the Pilgrims.
