Amauri signs a three-year extension to his deal with Serie A side Parma.

Parma have announced that Brazilian-born striker Amauri has penned a three-year extension to his contract.

The 32-year-old, whose current deal was due to expire next summer, now looks likely to end his career at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.

Amauri originally joined Gialloblu from Swiss side Bellinzona back in 2000, but was sent on loan to Napoli, Piacenza, Empoli and Messina.

He left for Chievo on a permanent basis in 2003 without making a single appearance for the club, before enjoying spells with Palermo and Juventus.

After rejoining permanently from Fiorentina last summer, the once-capped Italian international notched 10 goals in 33 Serie A appearances.
