Oldham Athletic winger Lee Croft has revealed that he would be interested in remaining at the club next season.
The former Manchester City midfielder sees his current deal expire at the end of June, but he has confirmed that contract talks will soon take place.
"My contract runs out at the end of the season. The gaffer's said he'll speak to me now the season's finished. It's just a matter of waiting and seeing what happens really," he told Press Association Sport.
"I'm really enjoying my time at Oldham and we'll see what happens. I've definitely enjoyed it. You want to play as high as you can.
"My career has more or less been in the Premier League in my younger days and then in the Championship. If I stay in League One, then I'd like it to be with Oldham."
Croft has also previously played for Norwich City.
