Notts County striker Ronan Murray has penned a two-year contract extension with the League One club.

The 22-year-old's previous deal was due to expire next summer, but he has now committed himself to the Magpies until 2016.

The Irishman scored eight goals in 25 appearances during the 2013-14 campaign.

Murray joined Notts County in August 2013 following a three-year spell with Ipswich Town.
