Nottingham Forest reportedly make a bid to re-sign defender Kelvin Wilson from Celtic.

Nottingham Forest have reportedly made a bid to re-sign Celtic defender Kelvin Wilson.

The 27-year-old played under Reds boss Billy Davies during a four-year stay at the City Ground.

He left Forest on free transfer in the summer of 2011 after signing a pre-contract agreement with Celtic the previous January.

The Championship club have offered £1.5m for Wilson's services, according to BBC East Midlands Today.

Wilson played in Celtic's 3-0 win over Cliftonville in their Champions League second qualifying round tie on Wednesday.
