Nottingham Forest have secured the services of Bournemouth goalkeeper Adam Federici on loan until January 15.
The 32-year-old has endured a tough two years with the Cherries, with a combination of injuries and a lack of form limiting him to just five appearances in all competitions last term.
Forest manager Mark Warburton has been in pursuit of reinforcements between the sticks for the most of the summer as he looked for competition for Stephen Henderson and Jordan Smith, who shared the number one jersey last term.
Prior to joining Eddie Howe's side, Federici spent 10 years with Reading, where he made more than 200 league appearances.
Federici is currently on international duty with Australia but will link up with his new teammates next week and could make his debut in Forest's league game at Sheffield Wednesday on September 9.
