West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox has reportedly attracted interest from Nottingham Forest.
A number of clubs are believed to have registered an interest in the Republic of Ireland international and it appears that Forest are now leading the chase for Cox.
Sky Sports News has reported that Sean O'Driscoll is now preparing a bid to bring Cox to the City Ground in the near future.
Swansea City and Blackburn Rovers are both rumoured to be interested in the 25-year-old and a move to the Championship is more likely for the Baggies forward.
Cox has only made 37 appearances in the Premier League in the last two seasons.
