Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has confirmed this evening that the club have made bids for Gary Hooper and Danny Graham as they try to strengthen their forward line.
Celtic have reportedly rejected a bid for Hooper while Swansea City striker Graham's future is in the balance as he grows frustrated with a lack of playing time under Michael Laudrup.
Hughton refused to elaborate on the state of either bid but did confirm that they have made an approach for both players.
He told BBC Sport: "It was documented that we have made bids for both players.
"There has been a statement from Celtic which we have to accept but it is fact we have made bids for both of them."
The Canaries boss spoke after watching his side suffer a crushing 5-0 defeat at the hands of Liverpool this afternoon.
