New Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert has refused to reveal his reasons for leaving Norwich City.
The Scot was in charge of the Canaries for three years, starting off in League One and finishing his tenure at Carrow Road with a successful first season in the Premier League.
Lambert sparked frustration at Norwich by resigning as manager before taking the job at Villa Park a few days later, and admits that he is unwilling to share his motives for the move.
"I had my reasons which will probably remain private," said Lambert. "I don't what to keep going back to that. That chapter and my time is finished.
"I have to look to the future as Norwich do."
Lambert led the Canaries to back-to-back promotion from English football's third tier to the top flight.
