Peter Taylor has been appointed as the new manager of Indian Super League outfit Kerala Blasters.
The former England Under-21 boss has been out of work since being sacked by Gillingham on New Year's Eve 2014.
Taylor has vast experience having had spells in charge of the likes of Crystal Palace, Leicester City, Brighton & Hove Albion, Bradford City and Hull City during a varied career since his retirement as a player in 1990.
The 62-year-old said in a statement: "Kerala has a strong legacy in Indian football and I am looking forward to working with the team and sharing my passion for football with the fans.
"The ISL inaugural season was a huge success and I'm sure it will get better and better."
Taylor's role with the Blasters is only his second outside of England following a stint as Bahrain manager from 2011 to 2012.
