Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has claimed that there has been no decision regarding the future of on-loan striker Loic Remy.
The Magpies are said to be keen on securing Remy's signature on a permanent basis following his summer loan move from Harry Redknapp's Queens Park Rangers.
"He is a player on our books and we are pleased to have him, but at the moment he is a QPR player," London 24 quotes Pardew as saying.
"It was interesting to read Harry Redknapp's comments that he probably won't be going back, but we will have to see."
Remy netted twice in Newcastle's 2-1 win over Cardiff City on Saturday.
