Newcastle goalkeeper Tim Krul has insisted that he is happy to remain at the club, despite speculation linking him with a move away from the Magpies.
The 23-year-old has enjoyed an impressive season to date, leading to suggestions that a host of Premier League sides were chasing his signature. Krul, however, has stated that he is happy with his progress on Tyneside.
"I'm playing for the club I've always wanted to play for. I've been working hard for five or six years now to be where I am at now," Krul told BBC Newcastle.
"I know where I am at, I'm loving life at the moment. Sixth in the league, we couldn't wish for much more than that."
Newcastle are in FA Cup action away to Brighton on Saturday evening.
