Loic Remy wants revenge against Hull City

Newcastle United striker Loic Remy hopes that the team can get revenge for their 3-2 defeat to Hull City earlier this season when they play the Tigers again this weekend.

Loic Remy has said that he wants "revenge" when Newcastle United play Hull City this weekend.

The French striker scored a brace when the Tigers played at St James' Park earlier in the season, but the home side lost 3-2.

The 27-year-old told the club's website: "I remember that game at home. It was a good game for me in terms of goals, but I remember we lost that game so for me it's going to be revenge to try to win this game.

"Now we have a little bit more confidence. The team did very well [against Aston Villa] so we have to do the same game after game and Hull City is going to be a big test for us."

Remy is Newcastle's top scorer this season, with 12 goals in all competitions for the Magpies.
