Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye has insisted that he has moved on from the speculation surrounding him in the summer transfer window.
The Frenchman is said to have been keen to leave St James' Park for Arsenal, but despite interest from the Gunners, a move failed to materialise.
"I have moved on, and I want to be focused on the team's future," Cabaye told the Shields Gazette. "The summer was what it was. I'm strong in my mind and I'm positive.
"I want to do my best on the pitch to help my team-mates and everyone on the pitch. I respect everyone every day. I will do that until the end."
Cabaye, who refused to play in the club's first two league games since Arsenal made a bid, is expected to return to the starting lineup against Cardiff City on Saturday.
