Guus Hiddink agrees Netherlands return?

Guus Hiddink reportedly signs a contract to take charge of the Netherlands national team following next year's World Cup.

Guus Hiddink has reportedly agreed to take charge of the Netherlands national team following next year's World Cup in Brazil.

The 67-year-old has been out of work since leaving Anzhi Makhachkala in July.

Hiddink, who previously managed the Dutch side from 1994 to 1998, has recently been linked with the Tottenham Hotspur job.

However, he is understood to have signed a contract with the Dutch Football Federation to take over from current boss Louis van Gaal, according to Goal.com.

Hiddink will then stay on in the role of technical supervisor when his deal expires.
