Napoli manager Rafael Benitez will reportedly leave the club at the end of the season.
The Spaniard guided the Partenopei to Champions League qualification and Coppa Italia success in his first year at the club, but he has come under pressure following a string of poor results.
The club have not won in their previous five league matches, which has seen them slip to sixth in the Serie A table and out of the European qualifying spots.
Benitez's current deal with Napoli is due to expire in June, and according to Il Mattino, president Aurelio De Laurentiis has begun the search for a new manager.
It is believed that Laurentiis is unhappy with Benitez's squad rotation policy and the club's poor league form.
Napoli lost for the fourth successive away league match when they were beaten by Roma on Saturday.
