Former Queens Park Rangers striker Tom Hitchcock joins MK Dons

MK Dons confirm the signing of former QPR striker Tom Hitchcock.

MK Dons have completed the signing of former Queens Park Rangers striker Tom Hitchcock.

The 21-year-old joins the League One club on a three-year deal following his release from Loftus Road.

"Tom is somebody who I spoke to over the summer and he intrigued me," manager Karl Robinson told the club's official website.

"There are a number of strikers that we have looked at but the thing about Tom is he's a natural goalscorer and the types of goals he scores are unique."

Hitchcock scored nine goals in 19 games last season for QPR and while on loan at Rotherham United.
