Millwall 'fully supportive' of Neil Harris

Millwall manager Neil Harris is said to have the complete support of the club's board despite their unimpressive start to the new League One season.

The Lions find themselves 19th in the table and only out of the relegation zone on goal difference following a run of three wins, three draws and five defeats from their first 11 fixtures of the campaign.

Harris's side have lost their last four league games in a row, conceding 11 goals in the process, leading to speculation that the 39-year-old - Millwall's all-time record goalscorer - could be relieved of his post.

According to the Evening Standard, sources at The Den have revealed that there is "a belief in the club that Harris will turn things around" and the board are keen to ensure that the side has a "period of stability" following their relegation to the third tier in 2015.

Millwall face a trip to fifth-placed Northampton Town in their next league fixture on October 15.
