Peterborough United suffered a heavy home defeat to Millwall this evening as the Lions ran out 3-0 winners.
The visitors made a perfect start to the match when they took the lead after just five minutes courtesy of Hamer Bouazza's strike.
Millwall looked to build on their early advantage, but Peterborough fought back as both teams looked for the vital second goal.
When it eventually came it went to the away side, this time Andy Keogh nodding home for the Lions.
While Peterborough looked for a goal that would get them back into the match, it was Millwall who got the third and final goal of the game when Harry Kane killed off the home side's hopes of a late comeback in the 89th minute.
The result means that Peterborough now sit just one point clear of their opponents in the Championship table, with both clubs sitting in 18th and 19th position respectively.
