Perth Glory centre-back Michael Thwaite has emerged as a transfer target for a host of English clubs this summer.
The Australian 30-year-old, who can also operate as a central midfielder, is believed to be on the radar of Premier League new boys Crystal Palace, as well as being tracked by Middlesbrough, Leicester City and Blackpool.
"Michael produced one of his best seasons for club and country and he now has three crucial games ahead for the Socceroos," the player's agent, Jamie Holsgrove, told Sky Sports News.
"There is firm interest in England, but his focus now must be with the national team."
Thwaite has been capped 11 times at senior international level.
