Netherlands boss Louis van Gaal is reportedly keen on keeping hold of Nani should he take over at Manchester United in the coming days.
The Dutchman is expected to be named as David Moyes's permanent successor ahead of the World Cup in Brazil this summer.
Nani was widely tipped to be part of the United exodus at the end of the season following reports that Juventus have struck up a £10m deal.
However, according to The Mirror, Van Gaal has blocked the Portuguese player's move because he wants to keep Nani in his squad for next season at Old Trafford.
Ryan Giggs is currently in interim charge of the Red Devils.
