Report: Manchester United want to sign Miralem Pjanic, Radja Nainggolan

Roma pair Miralem Pjanic and Radja Nainggolan are reportedly transfer targets for Manchester United.

Manchester United are considering a double swoop for Roma midfielders Miralem Pjanic and Radja Nainggolan, according to reports.

United boss Louis van Gaal is expected to spend significant money this summer in order to build a squad ready to compete in the Champions League next season.

Italian publication Il Messaggero reports that the Premier League side are keen on both Roma playmakers and are willing to part with £66m to complete a deal.

The Italian side are expected to sell many of their star players this year to prevent them making heavy financial losses.

United have already started their summer spending, with a deal in place to sign PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay.
