Manchester United explore option of Angel di Maria, Edinson Cavani swap?

Manchester United could reportedly explore the option of swapping Argentine winger Angel di Maria for Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani.

Manchester United are reportedly exploring a deal to swap Angel di Maria for Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani.

Di Maria endured a tough first season in the Premier League both on and off the pitch, leading to speculation of a summer departure from Old Trafford.

The Express reports that United value Di Maria at around £50m, but would be willing to do a straight swap with PSG for Cavani, as the club looks to bolster its striking options following the sale of Robin van Persie to Fenerbahce.

PSG boss Laurent Blanc recently insisted that the club are still interested in Argentina international Di Maria, having failed to acquire his signature when he left Real Madrid last summer.
