Manchester United 'will sell Angel di Maria to Paris Saint-Germain'

Manchester United are reportedly happy to sell Angel di Maria to Paris Saint-Germain, due to a breakdown in his relationship with manager Louis van Gaal.

Les Parisiens boss Laurent Blanc had revealed that the French champions remain keen on the Argentine star, despite interest from other clubs.

RMC claims that the Red Devils would accept an offer in the region of €65m (£46.6m), but PSG have not made a bid as they want to sort out personal terms with the player first.

Les Rouges et Bleus have made a formal enquiry to the Premier League giants, who are said to have responded favourably.

Di Maria is rumoured to be looking for wages of around €12.5m (£8.9m) a year, but PSG are offering an annual salary of €10m (£7.1m).

Should a move for Di Maria fall through, Blanc's side are considering Wolfsburg's Kevin de Bruyne as a possible alternative.
