Borussia Dortmund have reportedly handed Jadon Sancho an improved contract in an attempt to ward off interest from Manchester United and Manchester City.
The young Englishman has been rewarded after scoring 12 goals and assisting 14 more in his 34 Bundesliga appearances last season.
According to Bild, Sancho has received a pay rise that will double his current salary from £40,000 a week to £80,000, and Dortmund are already planning talks over his next contract.
The German club hope he will sign another deal before next summer's European Championships as he has already attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs, including the Manchester giants.
Sancho is already up and running for the new season, registering a goal and an assist in Dortmund's season-opening win over Augsburg.
