Southampton 'launch final bid to keep Nathaniel Clyne'

Southampton will reportedly try to keep Nathaniel Clyne at St Mary's, despite interest from three leading Premier League clubs.

Southampton will reportedly make a final bid to keep defender Nathaniel Clyne at St Mary's beyond the end of the season.

The England international has been heavily linked with a move away from the Hampshire club this summer, with Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool believed to be interested in signing him.

However, The Mirror claims that the Saints will launch one last push to tie Clyne to a new agreement.

The 23-year-old is out of contract with the club after next season, but is thought to have turned down a new deal.

While Southampton are keen to secure his signature, they may be forced to sell Clyne if he continues to reject their terms.
