Tottenham Hotspur have seemingly been handed a boost in their efforts to add another prospect to their squad in the form of Roony Bardghji.
At the start of this month, the Premier League outfit edged out Barcelona to secure a deal for Djurgarden youngster Lucas Bergvall.
The 18-year-old playmaker will make the switch to North London in the summer and is expected to immediately challenge for a spot in Ange Postecoglou's senior ranks.
However, another young Swede on the market is Bardghji, who starred for Copenhagen during the Champions League group stages earlier in the campaign.
Bardghji came off the substitutes' bench to score a decisive goal in a 4-3 win over Manchester United before featuring for an hour in a goalless draw against Bayern Munich.

Overall, the 18-year-old has netted 10 times in all competitions during 2023-24, resulting in him being linked with a wide array of high-profile clubs across Europe.
Spurs are among the teams who are said to be monitoring the situation at a time when it has been suggested that Copenhagen are willing to do business for the right price.
Speaking in an interview with SportBladet, Bardghji has acknowledged that he would be open to discussing a transfer to Spurs in the coming months.
He said: "It's fun to think about. You never know, it could happen. Hard to say now.

"I am happy for him [Bergvall]. He is an incredibly kind guy. I hope everything goes as he wants. It will be fun to talk next time we meet with the national team."
Bardghji added: "My main focus is here. There is not much more to say. All talk is gone. I try to do as well as possible for Copenhagen."
Man United and Chelsea have each been credited with an interest in Bardghji, who has a contract with Copenhagen until December 2025.
The wide player will hope to feature when Copenhagen play host to Manchester City in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on February 13.
