Manchester United are considering an approach for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus, according to a report.
Although manager David Moyes has publicly stated that the club have made an offer for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas, Reus is being lined up as an alternative should that bid fail.
The versatile 24-year-old, who can play on either wing or as an attacking midfielder, helped Dortmund to the Champions League final last season, and Sports Direct News now reports that Moyes is keen to add the midfielder to his team at Old Trafford.
Reus has scored seven goals in 15 international appearances for Germany.
