Report: Chelsea to win Kenedy race

A report claims that Chelsea are likely to beat off competition from numerous clubs to sign Brazilian striker Kenedy.

Chelsea are reportedly the favourites to sign Brazilian youngster Kenedy this summer.

The 19-year-old, who is currently on the books of Fluminense, has recently been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United, while the likes of Barcelona, Juventus and Inter Milan have also been credited with an interest.

However, due to the involvement of agent Giuliano Bertolucci in any deal, the Blues lead the race, according to the London Evening Standard.

Bertolucci is already the representative of Chelsea's Brazilian trio of Oscar, Ramires and Willian and it is believed that he has a positive working relationship with the West Londoners.

Former Chelsea midfielder Deco is also known to be a close associate of the young striker, who would command a fee in the region of £6m.
