Report: Dani Alves could sign new Barcelona deal

A report claims that Brazilian defender Dani Alves could yet sign a new deal with Barcelona.

Dani Alves could reportedly still sign a new deal with Barcelona despite speculation that he has already decided to leave the Catalan outfit.

The 31-year-old's current deal at the Camp Nou expires this summer and thus far, there have been no formal talks over a new contract despite Alves's standing as one of the club's key players.

Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are both believed to be strongly interested in the Brazilian, but according to AS, Alves will remain patient in the hope that Barcelona eventually offer a new contract.

The right-back has won four league titles and two Champions League crowns with the Catalan outfit since joining from Sevilla in 2008.
