Real Madrid identify Manchester United's Diogo Dalot and Norwich City's Max Aarons as potential replacements for Dani Carvajal, according to a report.

Real Madrid have reportedly identified Manchester United's Diogo Dalot and Norwich City's Max Aarons as potential replacements for Dani Carvajal.

Los Blancos continue to be linked with a number of right-backs, with Carvajal's ongoing injury problems potentially leading to the club signing a new right-sided full-back ahead of next season.

According to El Nacional, Real Madrid are prepared to sell Carvajal for the right price during this summer's transfer window and have already put together a shortlist of potential replacements.

The report claims that Dalot is being considered, with the Portugal international becoming a regular for Man United this season, making 20 appearances in all competitions.

The 22-year-old has entered the final 18 months of his contract at Old Trafford, though, and there remains a host of speculation surrounding his future.

Aarons, meanwhile, has again been a key player for Norwich this season, making 26 appearances in all competitions, and the Canaries are likely to find it difficult to keep hold of the 22-year-old this summer amid reports of interest from a number of leading clubs.
