Manchester United have reportedly made a breakthrough in contract negotiations with Marcus Rashford.
Rashford has been in impressive form since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho as head coach in December, scoring six Premier League goals in his last eight appearances.
In all, the 21-year-old has 10 goals and eight assists in 32 appearances this season, but his current deal with the Red Devils will expire in June 2020.
Real Madrid have recently been linked with a big-money offer for the England international.
However, according to The Mirror, United have made a breakthrough in talks with the forward, who is seemingly on the verge of signing a new six-year contract, which will make him one of the top earners at the club.
Rashford has scored 42 times in 155 appearances for United's first team in all competitions.
