Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves has reportedly emerged as a possible transfer target for Manchester United.
Last summer, Neves completed a surprise move to the Championship outfit from Porto, and the Portuguese international has played a key role in the West Midlands side's period at the top of the second-tier standings this season.
Neves has a long-term contract at Molineux but the 20-year-old continues to attract interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe and according to El Gol Digital, United are considering an approach in the summer.
Manager Jose Mourinho is allegedly keen to strengthen his midfield and it has been claimed that Neves could be regarded as a replacement for Ander Herrera.
The former Athletic Bilbao man starred during Mourinho's first campaign at Old Trafford, but the 28-year-old has been reduced to a bit-part role since August with just eight starts being made in the Premier League.
