Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Juventus centre-back Merih Demiral.
The Red Devils continue to be linked with Real Madrid's Raphael Varane, but the club are thought to be considering bringing two new central defenders to Old Trafford this summer.
Eric Bailly's future with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side is said to be uncertain, while Axel Tuanzebe is expected to leave the 20-time English champions on loan for the 2021-22 campaign.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Man United are showing an interest in Demiral and could offer €45m (£38m) for his services.
The 23-year-old, who represented Turkey at this summer's European Championship, still has three years left to run on his contract with the Italian giants.
Demiral only made 24 appearances for Juventus in all competitions during the 2020-21 season, although he was unavailable for a period in the first half of the campaign due to a muscular problem.
Man United, meanwhile, are also said to be working on a new contract for Bruno Fernandes, while Jadon Sancho's move from Borussia Dortmund could be confirmed before the end of the week.
