Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is reportedly weighing up a move for West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino.
The Burundi-born 21-year-old is said to have caught the eye of the United hierarchy due to his impressive displays this season, which culminated in his recent call-up to the England senior side.
Berahino has scored seven goals in 11 appearances for West Brom this season, including a strike against the Red Devils in a 2-2 draw last month.
Goal.com claims that Van Gaal has sent scouts to watch the forward closely, with a potential move on the cards for next summer.
It is also reported that the Dutchman has drawn up a primary and secondary list of transfer targets, although a January bid is unlikely to be made due to the club's income decline.
Berahino was an unused sub for England's recent friendlies against Slovenia and Scotland.
