Manchester United are reportedly considering selling Mason Greenwood and Jadon Sancho as part of a potential summer clearout to generate funds for new signings.
Now under the guidance of Sir Jim Ratcliffe, United are set for a bustling summer transfer window as they aim to rebuild ahead of the 2024-25 campaign.
Greenwood was charged with attempted rape, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and controlling and coercive behaviour in October 2022. Despite all the charges being dropped, he was sent on loan to La Liga outfit Getafe in September last year.
Sancho, on the other hand, was loaned back to his former club Dortmund, having not played for United since last August after he fell out with Erik ten Hag, who left him out of the squad for a 3-1 loss to Arsenal early in September.

United looking to rake in £100m from Sancho and Greenwood sales
According to journalist Ben Jacobs via GiveMeSport, Man United have no plans to keep the attacking duo of Greenwood and Sancho at Old Trafford when they return from their current loans.
He added that the Red Devils are looking to sell the England internationals this summer and aim to raise around £100m combined from the sales, which will be used for new player acquisitions.
Sancho's performances since returning to the Bundesliga have been noteworthy, as he has scored two goals and provided an assist in 12 league appearances. He also put in a man-of-the-match performance in BVB's Champions League semi-final first-leg win against Paris Saint-Germain last week.
Owing to his impressive form, Dortmund's sporting director Sebastian Kehl recently affirmed the club's determination to pursue another deal, stating they will "try everything" to secure Sancho's services.
Similarly, Greenwood is enjoying an excellent season in Spain, scoring 10 goals and providing six assists in 32 matches for the La Liga outfit.
Getafe are believed to be determined to re-sign the attacker for the 2024-25 season, though affording the type of fee that Man United are seeking for the 22-year-old will be a massive challenge for the club.

More summer departures on the cards for Man United
Aside from Sancho and Greenwood, several other players could be departing Old Trafford in the summer as part of the club's overhaul.
Among those on the chopping block are Donny van de Beek, currently on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt, as well as young talents like Hannibal Mejbri, who is on loan at Sevilla, Facundo Pellistri, currently at Granada and Brandon Williams, who is on loan at Ipswich Town.
The futures of Antony, who cost United £85m in September 2022 and Mason Mount, who has failed to hit the heights hoped in his first year at Old Trafford, are also far from certain.
In addition, it is understood that the club have opted against extending Anthony Martial's contract which expires at the end of this season, and are open to offers for the likes of Casemiro, Christian Eriksen, Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof.
The Red Devils are currently in eighth place in the Premier League, but they can move back to sixth when they head to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace on Monday.
