Manchester United are reportedly unlikely to make a strong attempt to sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane during this summer's transfer window.
The England captain, who is working his way back to fitness following a hamstring operation, has admitted that he could look to leave Tottenham in the near future.
A recent report claimed that United were interested in signing the 26-year-old ahead of next season.
However, according to the Manchester Evening News, there is only a 'remote possibility' of the 20-time English champions signing the centre-forward this summer.
The publication claims that the Red Devils view Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho and Aston Villa's Jack Grealish as more 'attainable targets' as Kane would cost 'well in excess of £100m'.
Kane, who has a contract with Jose Mourinho's side until June 2024, had managed 17 goals in 25 appearances at club level this season before picking up a hamstring injury on New Year's Day.
Real Madrid have also been credited with an interest, but Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane is allegedly not convinced by the England striker.
