Manchester United may reportedly delay their approach for Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho until 2021.
With the England international having starred for the Bundesliga outfit this season, United have been heavily linked with a move for the attacker.
Despite several clubs identifying the 20-year-old as a potential target, Sancho is said to prefer a move to Old Trafford during the next transfer window.
However, The Mirror claims that the coronavirus pandemic may lead to the Premier League giants shelving their plans to sign Sancho by 12 months.
Dortmund are allegedly keen to recoup as much as £100m for their most prized asset - a figure which could be deemed unrealistic by United given the current financial climate.
The report adds that while Dortmund are open to selling Sancho, they do not intend to accept any cut-price bids for his signature.
